Vocations' Committee



The committee fosters vocations to the Priesthood, Diaconate, and all Religious Life. It encourages its members through fellowship and education to fulfill their Christian vocations in service.

Baptism Preparation

Trained to assist other couples seeking baptism for their children, a deacon assists couples with the rites preceding baptism, as well as communicates with the parents after the baptismal celebration. A deacon serves a group of parents preparing for baptism the second Monday of the month.

Holy Name Society

The Holy Name Society is an organization dedicated to the promotion of reverence and devotion to the sacred name of Jesus. The society is open to the men of the parish. Monthly meetings are scheduled the second Sunday of the month (September through May: after the 7:00 A.M. Mass.
